Fees, payment schedules, and invoicing terms for any project or service are agreed separately between PT Prospekt Teknologi Indonesia and the client, typically set out in a proposal, contract, or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due according to the terms stated on the invoice.
5. Intellectual Property

Ownership of custom software delivered to a client is governed by the specific project agreement with that client.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

3. Akun & Kewajiban Pengguna
Apabila akses ke console atau sistem klien diberikan, Anda bertanggung jawab menjaga kerahasiaan kredensial login dan atas seluruh aktivitas yang terjadi pada akun Anda. Anda setuju untuk memberikan informasi yang akurat dan segera memberi tahu kami jika terjadi penggunaan akun tanpa izin.
4. Pembayaran & Penagihan
Biaya, jadwal pembayaran, dan ketentuan penagihan untuk setiap proyek atau layanan disepakati secara terpisah antara PT Prospekt Teknologi Indonesia dan klien, umumnya tercantum dalam proposal, kontrak, atau invoice. Kecuali disepakati lain secara tertulis, invoice jatuh tempo sesuai ketentuan yang tercantum pada invoice tersebut.
5. Hak Kekayaan Intelektual
Kecuali disepakati lain dalam kontrak terpisah, seluruh konten pada situs web ini — termasuk teks, grafis, logo, dan desain — merupakan milik PT Prospekt Teknologi Indonesia dan dilindungi oleh hukum kekayaan intelektual yang berlaku. Kepemilikan perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan untuk klien diatur dalam perjanjian proyek dengan klien yang bersangkutan.
6. Batasan Tanggung Jawab
Sepanjang diizinkan oleh hukum yang berlaku, PT Prospekt Teknologi Indonesia tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, insidental, atau konsekuensial yang timbul dari penggunaan situs web atau layanan kami. Total tanggung jawab kami atas klaim yang timbul dari suatu proyek dibatasi sebesar biaya yang dibayarkan untuk proyek tersebut.
7. Penghentian
Kami berhak menangguhkan atau membatasi akses ke situs web ini sewaktu-waktu. Penghentian suatu layanan proyek tertentu diatur sesuai ketentuan dalam perjanjian proyek yang berlaku.
